I intend to buy a RX8 as soon as I know what is standard mounted and what is a option (such as sports-suspention, ...).

Here in Belgium the dealers can't inform me. I know that there wille be a 193 HP variant because taxes in Belgium are very high. Thats all I know. I already read 2 articles with pictures an tech spec.

How can I order if I do not know colors, options, ...

Really there are currently no answers to your questions. After January it will be solid information but here's what we have a good idea of:

ABS
TCS
DSC
Torsen Limited Slip
16" Wheels on Auto
18" Wheels on Sports/Manual
Bose Audio System
RWD
50:50 Weight Distribution
Colors will be Red, Black, Silver, Blue, Yellow (at the least)
HID Headlights (HOPEFULLY)
Leather/Cloth Upholstery
Two-tone leather inserts on CERTAIN colors (yellow and red at this point)
6 Speed Manual Transmission
4 Speed Auto Transmission
Navigation

And that's about all I can think of... the major price differences will come with the engine changes.

 

As with the HID headlights I believe that the navigation is also on the “hopefully” list. I have never seen the NAV mentioned in any package or being offered as an option.

Another option I really would like to see is a slider (moon roof). But a slider may not be possible due to lack of B-pillars.

 

i think the nav might be a gonner because the mazda6 was supposed to have it but doesn't. the moon roof however is a reality as seen in several photos of the newest production cars.

 

I have seen what “could” be considered “faint” outlines of a slider but I do not remember seeing a single picture or read any text that has said that it will be available.

I will be disappointed if a NAV is not available, but I will be heartbroken if a slider is not offered.
