Changed the oil, and trans fluid (Redline MT-90). Found a bunch of rust in the fenders at the bottom. So bad one of them is actually ripped because it's so rotted!!! Anybody know a good fitting quality aftermarket?

 

Replaced cool packs, us, wires, gutted out my car, replaced both bank 1 and 2 oxygen sensors. Busy day lol

 

Installed a Voodoo shift ****, had a switchblade key cut, and now trying to figure out which key fobs work and which don't.

 

Replacing throwback bearings and the shaft. Ouch.

 

Installed Sohn Adapter, and now I have to take it for a drive.

 

Replaced spark plugs and changed oil. Checked A/C, wanted to make sure last year's R134 recharge is good for this summer.

 

Took possession of it and drove it home!

 

Installed the BHR ignition kit, and flashed the MM Cobb base tune.

Car feels amazing!

 

Drove 3 hours to Auckland Saturday to do 2 days of mountain biking. Drove back after 3 1/2 hours in woodhill forest Sunday. Fun trip, even with both bikes on the back!!

It was a long but good day.

 

Had a good drive to work over hwy 17 to work (california) due to no traffic. 85 around those turns. good run for city hwy driving

Washed her then came in and ordered ignition upgrade mid pipe and borla exhaust all from BHR

 

Replaced front O2, sealed a leak from the oil pan and finally got to drive the RX8.

 

Reporting a day late...yesterday I drove over to my buddy's house, then headed up to Lincoln Speedway (Abbottstown, PA) to watch 410 and 358 Sprint cars.

washed my rx after getting her back on Friday from the body ship.

 

Tonight or Friday I will be installing my new shift boot and NGR shift ****. My do a few other minor things Friday on my day off.

 

Had a clear bra put on the front bumper, fog lights, headlights, mirrors, and entire hood.

Hopefully it'll keep the damn rock chips away.

 

Roidz: clear bras are usually worth every penny.

 

I have some of that stuff. Once I redo my headlights, I am going to use it to seal them up.

 

Just installed my engine and battery covers. Brown Santa is awesome.

 

Yeah, it wasn't cheap, but I had a few rock chips that drove me crazy on my last rx8, so it should be worth it not having to worry about getting rock chips this time around.

 

Still working of that key fob problem. Fobs have signal, my keyless module is fine, they just don't work together :shrug:
I changed some fuses this morning.

 

Changed all the interior lights to led. Also changed the backup lights and license plate light. Now I gotta tackle the fogs.
