I haven't driven mine in a while probably about 2-3 weeks and I finally took it out today to go to the gym and it just felt so raw. It was about 26 degrees F and the cold air just helped it run so much nicer. It sucks not driving it often. BTW, I have been on this forum for a little while and today is the first day I decided to go through some non tech stuff and came across some good threads.

I installed a stainless steel clutch line, and I am going to make a DIY write up for it with photos in the next week.

My 8 is put away for the winter.
But today I came home after being away for two weeks. Before I even unlocked my house, I checked on the 8 and started her up, let her warm up, and then gave a few good revs. GAWD I MISS DRIVING HER!!!!!!!!!!!
Spring can't come quick enough!!!

Took some pics of her.

I guess that isn't really doing something TO it,

If Mazda would get off it's **** and get me my parts I'd fix her.

Replaced the gasket for my Sohn adapter and cleaned up the engine bay... oil oil everywhere! Wasn't a pretty sight, but after doing it once I could probably take care of it from start to finish in under a half hour easily.

Not today, but yesterday... I drove the RX-8 throughout Los Angeles looking for stores(Footlocker in Sherman Oaks, Shiekh Shoes and Finish Line in The Beverly Center, Footlocker and NIKEtown in Santa Monica, and lastly UNDFTD) that would carry the NIKE AIR JORDAN IV "Cement" RETRO. No luck, all sold out!

Changed out my engine oil, dif fluid, and my trans fluid. Hopefully tomorrow will be dry enough to use some meguiars scratch-x to clear up some scratches.

Sadly, 3 weeks ago, I totaled my 8 rushing to work. Tires kicked out after i came out of a corner on an off ramp, and went off road and into the bushes. I havent said anything because i lived that damn car so much. Most fortunately, the car wad the only thjng that suffered from my act of stupidity. There were no other cars involved, no one in my car, and i wasnt hurt at all. Looks like I'll be closing on an 08 Evo to take its place. No matter what, i will eventually own another rotary in the future.

Masked off and prepped for painting . Im doing a fresh makeover dinged, pitted lower ground skirts, front and back bumpers, and some various air brush jobs to selected parts. heh, heh, of course not all in one day I might add, possibly by the weekend.

today I put my other wheel(s) on to see how they are going to fit with 235/40/18 I plan on lowering the car another 1/4 in. and more camber now that I know I have excellent clearance I removed fender liner except the portion behind the headlight and sprayed bed liner on the upper part of fender to protect from rock dents from under fender(just in case) then I went to the post office to ship some parts and forgot it was presidents day :-/.

Nice wheels! You have good taste. I used to have a set of Miro AT359 I bought for dirt cheap at a swap meet. I had gotten them for the 8 but turned out they seller lied and they were 5x120 bolt pattern(bmw) so I sold them for double what I payed. I loved those wheels. wish I could have rocked them.

But in spirit of the thread, I cleaned out the center console and checked my oil.
