I tuned all my new stance coilover suspension it has been on a week so it has settled a bit. I tweaked it and dial out a bit of the oversteer I had at the last autocross event. Hopefully I will be a little quicker next time. I was the 3rd fastest car on street tires and want to be the fastest.

What did you do with your RX8 today?-2010-rx8-r3.jpgWell after 4 months of cold storage I pulled the car out and went for a nice long ride.
Only fix was 4 pounds of air in all 4 tires(that was easy)

Wash and drove it and did not have to put gas in. But all bets are off on that tomorrow. Also got my ipad RAM stand in. Will add to the car tomorrow.

I'm sure I'll get bashed on this, installed YAKIMA roof rack and added a basket. The RX-8 is now officially a grocery car!

Ya it wasn't too bad sitting there idling.

Took almost 2 hours of driving to burn off all the ATF.

The first 10 minutes driving down the road people were trying to get out my way, flag me down, small animals and children ran for their lives.

Honestly like a Batman smoke screen ... maybe not quite as bad a seafoam but close.

Had some rain a few days back which left water spots and other undesirables all over the car. Yesterday, on my way to work, I stop at a touchless car wash to get rid of the nasty stuff. Looked good for the rest of the day. Today however, I find my BB is now pollen yellow. Arrrgh!

Found muddy cat footprints all up the hood in the morning. Later, a coworker commented on it. Took it to the car wash after work. Makes me want to camp out and watch for the little bastard.

Drove home from Austin to DFW after a week long business trip, and got up to 101 mph just south of Hillsboro trying to get around a huge caravan of trucks. Trip down I got 25.3 mpg on the trip down averaging around 68 mph.
