TX What did u do to change/Improve the audio sound

Since seems we all do not agree on our audio settings.

What have you done/plan to do to improve/change/alter the audio sound

If you have a link, please link to it like Jedi54 did
Thanks

What do u miss/want?
More bass, treble, sub, other?'

Thanks again
myardor

PS
I have a Bazook box, a few amps, etc that I have gathered in the past years. Do not know if I really want to mess with the audio system but am tempted.

Guess I have to figure out where to connect things.

Bought the car used. The rear license plate says...its Dynamat so guess I have that?

I have a 10" JL Audio sub in the trunk and upgraded the HU to Pioneer F90BT.

Sound is much cleaner now, and obviously the bass is more present - the best part of this upgrade for me is that I do not feel the car "struggling" to put out more bass. The highs are much smoother and less harsh now. What I would like to do eventually is just replace the stock speakers and bose amp, and include some crossovers for the f/r speakers so that they are not trying to push out so much bass. I tried to EQ out as much as I could with my HU but it could be better. I plan on installing dynamat eventually too.

Lol basically I'm going to end up with an entire system overhaul

I'll be having my JLW6 and Phoenix Gold 400.1 installed soon. I've read alot about just tapping into the rear speakers but I don't think I want to do that. I don't want to have to up the bass to those speakers just to get more out of the sub. (that's what happens, right?)
If I get the signal from behind the HU, then the speakers won't be handling ANY bass.

Here's what I did to upgrade my Bose system.

Basically I gutted out most of the Bose Speakers, added dual 4080 boxes with JL 10w6 subwoofers, 1200 watt amp, LOTS of dynamat, and Infinity speakers.

Replace Everything

Basically went from base radio (not Bose) to:

Infinity Kappa 680.7cs - fronts
Infinity Kappa 693.7i - rears
Elemental Designs SQ10
MB Quart PAB 5400 5 channel amp to power everything

Stock Non-Bose Head Unit to Navone Engineering 4 chan LOC (NE-774V)

Sounded great, better highs, mids and lows than stock regular radio or Bose.
