Do you really think the 13b- REW is better than a Turbo Renesis? Purhaps the output of the current turbo kit offering is not overwhelming........yet.

...but the Renesis has not been out for over 10 years like the 13b-REW has. I think the Turbo Renesis will become the highest output 13b ever in a few years.

Overall, I think the Renesis is a MUCH better engine; however, I'm just considering the availability of aftermarket products now. I think it would be cheaper to swap a 13b-REW and make a 10 sec car than make a 10 sec. Renesis Rx-8.

Oh and back to the point, I think your new hobby could be making a showcar. Just all appearance stuff. If I wasn't such a performance freak I would probably do that.

Comparing the Renesis and the 13B-REW is pointless. The 13B-REW is a 4 port motor designed to only be forced induction, while the Renesis is (for all but some unlucky AT guys) is a 6 port designed to be all motor.

And when you're talking about power potential, are you talking about on stock ports?

Yes, a Mustang GT. I personally don't like Mustangs, but if you want power it's a very accessible, modifiable platform with more aftermarket support than maybe any other car.
