Top 5 ways to increase HP???
Can someone give me there top 5 ways to increase HP??? I have always been an audio man never one for speed.. But i have gotten outta the audio and i need another hobby.. So performance is what i might do.. I do not know much about the performance end of things.. But i was wondering if you guys could give ur top 5!!

forced induction, he means get turbo or super charged. if you arnt willing to spend rediculous amount of money, you wont get much power out of the rx8

Well i am committing suicide in about 3 months so... translation.. im gettign married in 3 months so... i guess ill find another hobby?????

^^ I would not buy another car, this car is plenty fast enough for the streets and track. I'm putting down 200 HP at the wheels N/A.

Put simply and to the point (first 3 in random order) way to increase the cars speed:

Turbocharger
Supercharger
Nitrous
ecu
all bolt-on's combined + weight reduction

That's really good for an 8. Most I have seen have been in the 180 low 190 range. However, plenty fast is relative. Especially once you've driven things with 2x the power and less weight.

Seriously though, you shouldn't. It's kind of disheartening when you jump in a car you know should feel fast, and you're just meh about it.

Dont get me wrong. I am speaking enviously of your experience. I have no fanboi delusions about my 8. So until I get to drive a few race cars, I will continue to hate.

I found that GIF online and immediatlely bust out laughing - I am a big Goonies fan but didn't know what movie Picard was from. I thought it was perfect for a sig, though.
