Can someone give me there top 5 ways to increase HP??? I have always been an audio man never one for speed.. But i have gotten outta the audio and i need another hobby.. So performance is what i might do.. I do not know much about the performance end of things.. But i was wondering if you guys could give ur top 5!!

forced induction, he means get turbo or super charged. if you arnt willing to spend rediculous amount of money, you wont get much power out of the rx8

Put simply and to the point (first 3 in random order) way to increase the cars speed:

Turbocharger
Supercharger
Nitrous
ecu
all bolt-on's combined + weight reduction

 

That's really good for an 8. Most I have seen have been in the 180 low 190 range. However, plenty fast is relative. Especially once you've driven things with 2x the power and less weight.
