Sunglass holder problem

Hey, just yesterday my sunglass holder got stuck. Luckily I have a panel popper so I just popped it down.

Does anyone have a problem working it in the cold? It's been a lot colder than this and it worked just fine, but I guess maybe the air is more moist?

I had it working just fine again, but then a few minutes later it stopped working properly again

Are you talking about the thing you push up and it folds down to actually put your sunglasses inside of it?

Mine sticks when it opens. Press in and it opens about 1/2 inch, then have to pull it open the rest of the way. I'll probably get around to tearing it out and diagnosing it someday, but it's a pretty low priority.

I have an '06.

Like the tire pressure gauge, I use it for other things. I can put it else where or use the popper I guess. $175 ain't that bad to replace it, this car is an instant classic and deserves to be restored to factory condition.
