did you get the mazsport ignition system?

DUDE!! This is the CHEAPEST mod you'll ever buy and you'll gain over 250 whp!!! I bought on sale at K-Marts Blue Light Special!! It's a Dual Flow, extremely durable plastic LEAF BLOWER!! if you read the post (which is why i linked the post, and not just the image) scott let the rx8 sit for a bit so it can cool down. and then he pulled a 191whp run with a stock 8.

sorry buddy. if you want any proof that this is a legit mod, check out the people that bought it. MM (mazdamaniac) is not one to go out and buy the turbonator. if he wanted, he could explain the thermodynamics of why the idea for the turbonator was created, why it failed, and the idea is so fundamentally flawed.

i almost feel like starting a chuck norris type list of his capabilities.
edit: even if this mod only gave 5whp max (and it gives more) it'd still be the best mod for under $1k, in terms of power adding.

MM (mazdamaniac) is not one to go out and buy the turbonator. if he wanted, he could explain the thermodynamics of why the idea for the turbonator was created, why it failed, and the idea is so fundamentally flawed.

It basically ensures you get a nice strong spark and a better, more complete burn which is where the "additional" power comes from.
In N/A trim...let's be realistic...its going to give you a little more, but its not going to be OMFGWTFBBQ or anything...
This mod is not a power adder in itself...its a supporting mod which was developed to solve the FI spark blowout issue. It just happens to make additional "dyno proven" power in N/A applications simply as an added bonus.

I would still recommend those books. When it comes to longer term money management, there is a lot more to it than just managing your cash. You should learn about investing, insurance, etc. The "dummies" book I recommended will really get you off on the right foot and prevent you from making some mistakes that insurance salesmen, well-intentioned friends, etc might cause you to make with their advice.
I read the whole thing, and understood it. I never said this was a bad mod, I actually have been looking forward to it comming out myself.
The thing is that doesn't prove it gives 10whpover the OE coils. If the OE coils were cooled down they may have also given another 5whp over the base run.
