I'm not sure how insurance companies work over there, but here in Ontario you're better of not going though insurance even when its not your fault, since you will take a hit on the premium too, yup crazy, but just how it is.

my dumba$$ was on the other side of the accident picture. a guy was yielding and i was behind him, when a car ran a red light causing him to break hard, well all i can say is that it was to late for me, i ended up cracking a reflector on the guys montero sport, and since the suv was so high i hardley did any damage to the rear bumper. SUX for me. pics show my car. the last pic is after everything was fixed, as u can see they did a perfact job.
