Yeah, I've been trying to find a car for some time and have now decided on either of these. I just don't want anyone on my site to know yet. They are driving me nuts. I'll hit him up to try and grab some info. Thanks again.

I'l have to give it a once over just for knowledge sake. I'm rather used to not having much torque driving the Audi. They are heavy cars that take much $$$ to get fast. Quattro is nice to have but of course steals some power right there.
LIVEVIL, I'd be interested in hearing what you think about the noise level compared to the others. My 8 seems remarkably quiet for this class of car. Sometimes I'm just hearing the tires.
