I was having issues with the car stalling alot and they were doing the stupid "fixes" but nothing was helping. Finally took it last time and by the time I got home from the dealer I couldnt keep it running at all, I had to have it towed back in and they ended up replacing the motor. The mazda of wesley chappel down here in tampa,fl is a kick *** nice dealership. Great service by far. I took it to them after Ferman mazda down here kept wanting to charge me for warrenty things and not fixing the issue. The motor is in and everything seems to be grewat so far, its an 04 auto

 

I wont go to anyone ele but WC Mazda. Mario has given me everything I wanted and always helps me out. First class service at that place. I knew Mario when he was Ferman. When I found out he left I made the switch too.

 

sell the auto get a manual, and keep revving that thing man! the more u baby it, the more likely it will die on u.

Is the whole sell the auto and buy a manual like an auto responce on this site? its mainly my fiance's car and she really isnt into driving manual. If it were mine, it would be. My personal car is a manual and Ill never buy myself an automatic.

what I meant to put across was the fact that the 04 auto's have an abnormally high rate of engine failures... which is why I said "the trend goes on.. an 04 auto [again]"

 

yeah I got what you said.. I agree, i regret buying it. I didnt do my homework and im sure ill pay the price for it. It could be worse though, atleast the car is a blast to drive. Eventhough its slow and automatic lol..

 

Good luck. Those 04 ATs have the brunt of the engine problems.
