High speed Shaking/rumbling

Hi guys - tried searching for related posts but can't find any. Anyways, when I drive my 8 above around 75mph, it seems like my steering wheel shakes and it feels like I am going to take off??? It gets loud too it seems from my tires?

Could this be alignment? Balance? Bad tires?

I have a 2005, 94,000 miles.

Thanks !

sounds like a balancing issue
when was the last time you got the tires rotated and the wheels balanced?

Could be a belt separating in your tire. Causes a nasty lump and throws the balance off. Not to mention a serious shimmy in the steering wheel. Could be they just need balancing.

Get your tires checked. And check the lug nuts too. ASAP!

coming from an employee of discount tire co. rotate and balance your tires every 6,000 to 8,000 miles or else they WILL start to wear unevenly and youll have to replace them
