gears sticking after tranny fluid change

so i changed my tranny fluid with some mobile 75w90 with 2 full bottles. and now if i red line i cant get into the next gear at all, and if i take it past 6k or so in third it slides in roughly..... do i need to add more oil? because even though it says 1.8q it did not over flow/drip over the fill plug?

car drove perfect before.

I dont know about your issues, but with the transmission level, you should have overflow when full. Did you stick your finger in there to check the level??

Also, some transmission fluids may not be compatible with the syncros. (See Royal Purple; this is disputed by some.)

Why did you change the fluid? Did you note anything odd about the fluid? Anything stuck to the fill plug?

If you drained it completely and put two quarts in you should be fine. Any idea how much fluid came out? What brand exactly did you use?

i changed it because it was 30k since my last one and i needed a oil change, so i thought i might as well do the tranny and the diff, i dont remember the exact brand but almost sure it was mobile dude at napa looked it up and said that was what i needed, i did not put my finger in to see if it was full and i dont know how much came out.... nothing was on the skrew but a little gung.

all i did was unskrew the bottom skrew, then the top.. waited for it to drain. then skrewed the bottom skew in after cleaning my skrew and pumped the 2 bottles in the fill hole and skrewed it back on.

this was yesterday

the guy at nappa said that thats the tranny oil i needed it came in one of those tall skinner bottles and couuldnt find any flat 90 for the diff because thats what the comp said it needed, so i went to orilly and they didnt have it iether, they had royal purple 75w90 for the diff and called royal to make sure it would work ok, and they said it would be ok.

thats the exact tranny oil i need, synthetic and is there any retails that sell redline(pepboys)?

Flush your tranny and get some Redline MT-90 for the tranny and 75w- 90 if you wanna do the diff.

Go to the dealer and get your tranny flushed before you screw up your tranny (if you have not already).

Sounds to me like you should leave the mechanical stuff alone. Oh, and I only use Mazda OEM fluids and the rear diff oil is 80W, not 75W. I'm not saying it means much, just thought I would clarify.
