100,000 would be a good time for a Rebuild, perhaps ceramic APEX seal replacement as well :P, it's a good idea any way, but mainily IMO because core warrenty runs out then, why now start a new?
this is correct. all rotaries have a self-destruct button at 100K miles and mazda requires you turn them in for a rebuilt one.
just thought i would toss in another false rumor since the one you stated is posted on here way too often.

I thought the self-destruct was 30,000 miles or 1,723 gallons of oil, whichever comes first.
OP, I could see people choosing to get their engine rebuilt at 100,000 miles, since it isn't covered under warranty at that point anyway, but only if they are doing to have it rebuilt for improvements. If you are just having it pulled apart to look at it, that's an expensive window show.

What do you mean btw please elaborate. They require it when the compression goes below a certain point. Series 1 (04-08) engine warranty has been extended to 8 years or 100,000 on the vehicle reguardless of the owner.

You are now quoted in MY sigs on 2 different sites. The "gas is an expense...." is on my local VW site<--former life.
Why don't you try to clean it with Palmolive dish washing liquid? Also, I want to know are you true? And what is "milage"? Is it something French?
I'm not sure..maybe something to do with cleaning the internal parts :
Yeah, that's a good idea

True as in what? I'm still a newbie dude, so yeah, I don't know know much about rotary engine, so that's why I'm in this club to learn from the experienced
