Also, you forgot to mention when the SRT4 won in points as a team it was because the Dodge team had 2 or more SRTs running in the same class to compile points...
Do you want to know how many Mazda 6's are in the same class... hint, alot more then two and even the factory backed tri-point team runs 3-4 cars on occasion towards the end of the year

nice numbers. you just gotta love the crowd around here...

What mods did you have again to break 190? (too much filth to sort thru now).

have you tracked either cars at Pacific Raceways? Last time I was chasing down a stage 1 srt-4 lapping at Bremerton when I still had my 05 s2000. Good fun.

Seriously I don't understand why all the immaturity in here.

I have tracked the srt4 but not at PR. The rx8 is only a few months old (to us) so I havn't had a chance, just a couple autoX's

as for mods, its just custom exhaust. the 3 graphs represent dirty filter, clean filter, and the final being no filter.

Not bad at all.

I wasnt trying to start stuff, just defending the RX8.

I would love to see what Mazda could've done without all the emissions BS, especially if they opted to go for a 20b Renesis. I think the RX8 would be a beast in that case.

SRT4s are quick, I have a couple of friends with them as well as boosted R32s and boosted VR6s.

SRT4 or not, you cant deny that the SpeedSource RX8 is damn sexy. Especially when they are 1 and 2 in a race in front of the 911, Viper, and Pontiac teams.

haha, yeah. I debated locking it a while ago (assuming this forum lets you lock your own threads) but I didn't, and I'm kinda glad I didn't.

I honestly love the "don't feed the troll" post in this thread, liek the OP even brought up the SRT4... the defensiveness of some posters here has caught up with them.....

correction, it takes a LOT to make an STi run 11.5, not so much on an evo.

well, it's not too much compared to many other cars, but far more than what it takes to make a SRT4 or an Evo run an 11.5. You are going to need pistons, a rotated mount turbo setup, headders, uppipe, tumble-generator valve delete, upgraded tmic or fmic, management, and water-meth or race gas.

i will never forget the white STi that did an incredible 4 wheel burnout and did a 10.5. he had a little wheelspin on all 4 tires off the line too.

that was just insane.

True my wife's got the STi and I don't feel comfortable spending the extra cash to make it run 11's... and then the possibility of breaking something in the process... which in turn requires more money.

I'm trying to avoid that pit hole b4 it even starts.
