Does mazdaparts.com still exist??
I hate to post something like this, but 3 weeks after picking up my RX-8 and trying to order a head unit firmware upgrade from mazdaparts.com, I've received no responses to numerous emails PMs, etc. I'll try *faxing* them tomorrow since the fax machine seems to at least pick up.
It's not like they've charged my card, but I've found nobody else who can upgrade the HU firmware. Have these guys just dropped off the face of the earth? A bit odd since they sponsor a forum here.
