Hi guys,

We have been redoing the entire website since there have been issues with orders/communications getting through.

Please know that your credit card is never charged until your order is reviewed.

I will be clearing room for PMs so if you have any concerns I will try to address them through there for now. Otherwise we will be setting up a new order inquiry page soon with a listing of all the departments so you can reach us more easily.

Sincerely,

Jason

Sad, I'm about to the point where I say I don't want what I ordered from you and I'll buy it somewhere else but since I can't seem to get any response from them I'm afraid to do so and then have something processed I already have and have to go to the return process.

I'm at the same point you are. I'm holding out since A) I can't get anyone to respond to me to tell me if my order will be filled so I doubt I'll get a response if I ask them to cancel my order and B) I don't want to buy from somewhere else only to have my order to go through later. I'm cool with holding out, but I wish they'd say SOMETHING.

I'd never give another store the level of patients I'm giving MazdaParts. In the past I've talked with these guys on the forum. If it wasn't for the pre-existing semi-personal relationship, I'd complain everywhere I could think of. They'll be lucky if their reputation isn't ruined after all these people have had issues with a complete lack of customer support, and it's really surprising the site is still running like nothing is wrong when they clearly know something is wrong.

Seriously guys. Get your act together. Apologize and provide some freaking customer support, even if it sucks to reply to gobs of e-mails about unfilled orders. Do something about this to make it right, please.

I've given up and I did order stuff else where, so far they've lost more than a grand in sales.

If anything shows up I'll freakin scream.

Seriously, what gives? I ordered something weeks ago and no response. No response to emails, PMs, etc. Their fax number still picks up so I'm going to try faxing them something soon. I want to cancel part of my order but if they can still upgrade 9.53 firmware head units to 9.55, I do want them to do that. If they're still in business.

Don't you need to upgrade it to use the iPod adapter?

^ Don't know... never looked into that.
I just remember seeing a thread where someone wanted to install an iPod adapter (believe it was called an Audio Link) and they needed to have a certain firmware version installed.

You need 9.55 to use an ipod adapter other than the crappy Mazda one, and two dealerships so far have said they don't know how to upgrade it.
