We are still here. We switched over to a new shopping cart system and it did not go smoothly...we are back on the old system now and at the worst time, during the holidays.
We review all orders before any payment is processed and since there was delay we would contact you about the order first and let you decide if you want to proceed and if so what card to use.
I'm sorry about this. We hope to be with a new online shopping cart soon...moving such a large database of parts is a lot more complex than we have be told.

But you're not able to access orders in the old system somehow, or at least answer emails referencing these orders? Just don't see why this should all be drifting into oblivion if you're trying to keep the business alive. Why have the site up and allowing orders during a migration?
