NY Code P2070... Not under warranty?

Hi guys

I just got a Check Engine Light warning... Since today was an independence day all my local dealerships were closed. I went to Autozone and could figure out that it's P2070. I've searched the forum, found out that Mazda will not do this under warranty , and will cost me at least $200. In the worst case it will cost about $2000. I don't feel any power loss or anything different. My car is only a year old and got 9500 miles on it. I am redlining almost everyday, and always fed her 93 octane. I don't know why P2070 came up

Okay back to the point, my question is are they really not going to fix her under warranty? If not how come?! Don't we have 100,000 mi engine warranty?!

This link is an explanation of the problem.

There is a bulletin the dealer should have, on how to do it.....
