Code P2070... Not under warranty?
 

Hi guys

I just got a Check Engine Light warning... Since today was an independence day all my local dealerships were closed. I went to Autozone and could figure out that it's P2070. I've searched the forum, found out that Mazda will not do this under warranty , and will cost me at least $200. In the worst case it will cost about $2000. I don't feel any power loss or anything different. My car is only a year old and got 9500 miles on it. I am redlining almost everyday, and always fed her 93 octane. I don't know why P2070 came up :Drooling_

Okay back to the point, my question is are they really not going to fix her under warranty? If not how come?! Don't we have 100,000 mi engine warranty?!

I just took it to dealer and it was covered under the warranty...

They told me to drive it more hard! lol

^run this car up in teh Higher RPMS willkeep things going easily...I've never had the stealership tell me to run it hard but then again I DO NOW every drive out I'm up in the 8-9k rpm range...

glad they did it under warranty...
