I have an '04 with 18,100 miles on it and I've never had any engine problems but it has been in the shop for transmission work for the past 2 weeks, which by the way I'm beginning to get pissed cause they told me last week it was gonna be done, but my 04 is fine just warranty work. I just bought it with 14,440 miles on it so IDK what the earlier owner put it through but the engines are gr8 can't beat the 9K redline.

I to lost faith in my 04 8. Has all the bells and whistles that I have ever wanted but the da.m thing idles so rough when the air conditioner is turned on. Took it to the dealer and dealer said everything was fine.

Idles so rough that the whole car shakes. I thought it was the first generation of Typhoon intake that was causing the problem but even after changing it to an srmotorsport cold intake it still idles rough.

I hate my 8 and is considering trading it in for another car.

I used to dream and love it but these cars just have too many da.m problems.

Stop letting the dealer get away with bs or take it to another dealer. Something is wrong with it. If you like the car get it fixed.
