I agree totally. I went back and read some of your posts and although this tread is an exception, for the most part you are polite and not usually keen to jump on posters.

Perhaps this one, person, topic just got your undies in a wadd. As for the **** comments, I do appoligize and do understand that sometimes one can just grow borred and tired and be quite negative in their remarks.

And speaking of borred and tired....adue.

Please don't get so defensive- you were the only person in this thread that really got worked up. Yes, I'm going to question something that is the exact opposite of what I've been hearing, especially since my info came from Mazda. And yes, I'm going to question someone who posts numbers that make no sense. We have enough trolls and people spreading misinformation about this car as it is, and we don't need blatently unresearched or unbacked-up statements made about something like the buyback.

Has anyone gotten a chance to check into that carfax thing. I didn't get a chance to call that dealership before I came to work this afternoon. Running late..grrrrr. If no one has an active account, lemme know. I might just pay the one time fee for each and look them up.

well here is something funny someone came up to me the other day and said "sucks you bought a lemon" i read on the internet that all RX-8s are being called lemons now!

my reply "yup i also bought a bottle of tequila and salt for my lemon" and drove away

rX-8 buyback

I'm selling my 8 back and was curious as to what would happen to the vehicle. A sales guy I know told me they are going back to Japan and won't be available to U.S. employees at dealerships and DEFINATELY not available to the public.

Good car, but i like my Z much better
