For anyone thats planning on buying a new Mazda....

If you planning on buying a new Mazda I have 5 cards that Mazda North America gave to all the employees that will get you $500 off the price. They did this last year and I gave out all the cards to people on here that asked for them. If anyone on here is buying a new car soon let me know and I will mail it to you like last year. Shoot me a PM with your name/address and I will mail them to the first 5 people. Please only ask for one if you are absolutely sure you will use it, its sort of a way to help sales I guess and help someone out at the same time since the economy is garbage right now. This does not apply to used cars and you cant go back after you just bought a car to claim it, sorry.
Enjoy,
Sleepy-z

Please don't make that assumption. Sleepy-z has been invaluable to us as a community since he works with the official Mazda engine re manufacturing plant. If your engine blows and gets rebuilt under warranty, he is probably going to be helping with, or doing, the rebuild. I don't care if he doesn't own an 8, his willingness to provide detailed information about our internals, the rebuild process, and even occasionally checking shipment details on people's engines is incredibly awesome. We are lucky to have him as a member.

I don't care if he is getting a commission from this. Actually I take that back. I HOPE he is getting a commission from this. He deserves it.

Possibly? My apologies if I interpreted wrong. The interwebz is notorious for maliciously stripping inflection and intent from words. Your previous post gave the impression of hostility against his open offer.

No commision at all, funny that you say that though I did tell my supervisor jokingly that I will go to the mazda dealer and sell this to people buying a Mazda for $50, that way they get $450 back still and I get a portion but I am not that kinda person. Just figure in these times with the economy going crappy and gas prices probably shooting back up in the summer people can use a little help. If was profiting I would be on other Mazda boards anyways, I dont really want to spend my time looking at cars I dont like all that much. You guys/girls educate me on my job some and I figure I can throw things your way when I get them.

BTW I will be selling my z32 after this summer, I will be a s30 guy pretty much, I may look into getting a rx7/8 to play with that needs some love. Then again the wife wants a kid so I may be a daily driver tercel/borrow a rx8 from work guy haha.
