Is it too late to add Port Accessories once the car is in transit (but hasn't reached the port)?

I've received the mail from Mazda that the car is complete and in transit but I'd like to add a few more options. I trust the port to do a better job installing options than the local dealer...

I added the appearance and rotary accent packages -- dealer said not a problem since the car is not at the port yet -- just changes the "orders" of how to prep the car once it gets to port. Hope he is right!
