100,000 mile club
Well fellas, I figured I'd start having all the 100k mile problems and sure enough in the 1000 miles since I hit it, I have a broken clutch pedal bracket, a bad coolant reservoir level sensor, a cracked radiator end tank and oil lines seeping through corrosion. Yippie. The wife's BRZ is looking better everyday. Anybody want a project car?
Well, that's it for me guys. I have traded in my RX8 on a boring family car to carry kids, dogs and stuff. Hit 181,500km today still on original engine and clutch. Best of luck to the next happy owner.
Now at 123,XXX miles! Only issues the car has had since new is needing a new alternator (fixed), roof leaked (fixed), and trunk leak around taillight (fixed). Still runs like new! Original motor, clutch, etc. Everything but the battery, alternator, and tires!

Because they focus on "like kind quality" replacement parts and offer a short warrantee with them they tend to only have newer things in stock. I don't know if they have any now or what they would price them at now, but I got a complete engine for a little over $2000. When I say "complete", I mean complete. It was intake to oil pan complete right down to the spark plugs and wires. All I had to do was drop it in the car and literally just plug it in to the old wiring harness on my car and it started right up. I've put about 57k miles on it so far and all is well.
Best of luck.
So i just hit 120k and the car feels better than ever on Bilstein B8 shocks and RB springs i just put on....
but...
my passenger side motor mount just went out in celebration :-)
