Hey Art, sent you a reply to your email. Its easy, just paypal sales@raceroots.com and I can get it shipped out. Just let me know what color wires in the order notes.

I didn't add it to the site because I am only running this special until Christmas.

Thanks Raceroots the kit has improved the performance. Took about two hours to install with no issues other than when I reconnect the battery my traction indicator was flashing. I figured out that you need to reset this by following the simple instructions in the car manual.

If someone can correct me if I'm wrong,
I know I'm bringing up an old post but I only got my 8 this year. Anyway these 2 posts weren't answered by RR and would really like to have the answer from the vendor

It will work with FI cars, tuning the vehicle properly with the newly installed setup is recommended.

I am about to order these. Any special "discount"?

I already went through 2 sets (2x4) OE coils on my RX-8... it's time to get something that will last a little longer!

My friend is looking for just the coil bracket, are you willing to sell the bracket separate?

I switched my stock set for a set of ls2 coil which was quite a simple 3 wire adaption and for a laugh i attempted to start my engine that had an apex seal failure on rotor 1 and i have to admit that the only way to get that old motor to run with a dropped seal was by tow start however once i wired some ls2 coils from a chevy v8 engine the bloody thing was able to start up from the key so clearly there is a way stronger coil pulse from the ls2 coils and after switching engines and running ls2 coils i would never go back to running stock oem coils as brand new oem ones dont have half the spark power of the ls2 ones. Just my 2 cents worth on my experience with switching stock to ls coils. Definately a much better set for the application than oem ones.

ls2 coils

I did the ls2 coils yrs ago and man what a huge difference ...Now they are bad again cause heat eventually kills them...So is there a newer version that works better ??Or just D585s ?

I admit I don't know much about the latest developments in the GM coils.
Are you looking to replace just the coils?
There are a few updated kits with good reviews, Ray at BHR completely redid his coil kit, replacing the GMs with new coils, and the SakeBomb kit with the Mercury IGN1A coils are what I went to from the old BHR kit just for the hell of it, now with about 45k problem free miles.
One of the initial reasons I was attracted to it was the mounting bracket off the AC gets it a little further from the engine.
I can't say for sure it makes a difference, but can't hurt.
