well when I bought it tax was 14 cents on every dollar, however now its only 13. So, 36,795 x 1.14 = $41,946.3. it came to 46,500 from all the other crap i got including the extended warinty. yea its a pain, but honestly, this car has not disapointed as of yet.

How you did it: Vehix to find listing, Called to verify price. Sales guy tried to tell me it was 22,300 but then checked and found out the dealership owner listed it online at 19,700. Drove the Escape out there, pre-approved financing through e-loan. Laughed at first low ball offer for trade in, came to a higher compromise on trade.

Comments: New condition, even included the not yet installed fins for the side vents (couldn't believe they are $200 online)

 

Final Price: $8000 (thank you dad!), this car in the condition is in could probably go for $14-$15k at a dealership
