What have you paid for your new 8?

I'm just curious what people are paying for their new 8. I bought mine at the end of April.

6 MT, Grand Touring, Appearance package, rear wing spoiler, spare tire kit, $30,288 +++, This should be right around invoice. Bought it in Tampa.

Invoice: $24,659
GT: $3,441
Dest: $520

Total dealer invoice: $28620

You should be able to get it at or below that price.

Invoice on mine was right at $30,000 because of appearance package, spoiler, and spare tire kit. Whic means I paid $288 over invoice.

anywhere near invoice is a fantastic deal on a sports car, most sports cars go for about MSRP especially in their first year of production

Base + Destination + G/T Pkg + Navigation = 31K

Love it, worth every penny

Just picked up my RX-8 today. Awesome car I must say! Mine is a 6MT, GT Velocity Red. Got it for $28,000. Wanted to add a spoiler, so had to pay a little more than sticker to have dealer install it ($385). So with a spolier too it was $28,385. About $450 less than S-Plan which I could have used.

I'm not so sure I follow. 6MT + GT + Navi is 30k, not 31k, or do you have additional items?

I know because mine was GT + navi + ms spoiler = 31k

I got one of the first RX-8s in the US last July and paid 27500 before tax etc etc for a base Sunlight Silver AT with Sport Package. Even though its worth every penny, these great offers make me sob! :-)

I got the $500 deal for the hp confusion too.

I got my RX8 for 23,900 with the Mazda Rev It Up Rebate and the Graduate Rebate. MSRP was 25,180 and the invoice was exactly 23,900. And it is a base Velocity Red AT.

Naw, no sport package which results for me have those interesting looking 16 inch rims. Anyways, I was trying to go for a base model because 1: I'm pretty cheap and 2: I don't need the other stuff.

Whats a good price for the GT packages, fully loaded without Navigation? I'm looking to buy in a couple of months and I want to get the GT package but don't know what a good price on them is. Am I dreaming for getting one with those options for around 28K to 29k?
