do i make this deal?

my lease is up soon - and i wnat to buy an rx-8 AT (i know, i know, but MT is NOT an option in my situation). Anyway, the local central OH dealer says he has no ATs but cna locate one for me - that it would be 5000 below sticker (2500 discount plus 2500 witrh current mazda american credit financing offers)?

Should I pul lthe trigger on this offer? IT seems pretty good - and I suspect that when the 06's arrive, I will not get the same deal on one of those. I'm not a racer or naything, so what difference would a 6SP AT really mean is my take - am I wrong? I'll just be driving this to work and back, then occasiona lweekend drives throug hthe country. I do love to drive, just not super fast - not a thrill seeker, in other words. thanks!

wife refuses to learn. other vehicle is minivan, whgich we both must drive at times. as i said MT is NOT an option. But just becasue I cannot buy a MT car doesn't mean I should not consider an RX-8.

Please, I really just wnat some pricing help - I KNOW there are MT snobs who think anyone who drives AT is a moron, so please help this idiot decide what price to pay for his car.

For 2 reasons.. so you can test drive both and you will have more leverage when the 2006s come out to make a better deal on the 2005 AT.

I think it just depends on how soon your lease is up and whether or not you will be without transportation. If you can wait without that being issue, then go ahead and wait. If not, get one now.
