Buy Back question.
According to the USA article...
http://www.rx8forum.com/showthread.p...threadid=10385
"Buyers from now on sign a form saying they've been informed of the discrepancy and aren't eligible for buyback or maintenance deals."
I purchased my 8 after the buyback offer was made. I'm happy with my RX-8, but I never signed anything about being informed about the "discrepency".
Think I can qualify for the $500 and free maint?
What a bonus that would be!
Whatcha think?

I signed a form at the dealer last Tuesday when I picked up my car stating that there was a hp discrepancy and what it was. My dealer in Tustin, Ca. had just received the forms that day. Mazda's policy is going to be that if you pre-ordered the car or purchased it prior to the announcement then you will receive the 48/48 service and $500 debit card. I have received nothing in the mail yet, but hell, it took them 6 months to deliver the car.
