I went around and got quotes today from Discount Tire and Les Schwab for tires and wheels... though Les Schwab is gonna have to call me back on Monday. One way or another I'm placing an order Monday morning. $1700 shipped from Tire Rack or $2050 installed from Discount Tire... Not much of a contest.

i feel really dumb and out of the know, but what race track is this at?? im in oregon and am JUST getting into the racing scene trying to figure it all out. help

So yes, the 17x9's.For better or worse, I have more sidewall. I end up 2.7lbs/wheel lighter than Chris, 6.7lbs/wheel lighter than you. We'll have to compare once I have them but I don't think there's any doubt that the larger sidewalls are going to LOOK worse.
