Wrong Ignition Timing at full load.

Hello! New guy in the club!
I've read a lot about the problems of the car, before to decide to buy one as project car.
Finally I got a 2005 192 because was extremally cheap (and rebuilding the engine/new engine is in my plans)
Up to this point I have just looking the general state of the car, because the previous owners weren't too much wankel friendly...
Well I start for the basics... compression is ****..It doesn't start in warm...etc etc... but my big problem is not any of them....Is the Ignition timing.
First, I have NO CEL. Now the simpthoms:
When calculated load is more than 30%... Then the Ignition timing GOES INVERSE !!!! One image worth more that 1000 words:
Trott Red, Ignition timing Tellow (0º base in red) % load Purple.
In green circles, slow press on the throttle, On red, agressive throttle.

So again, when I go hard on load, the engine DELAYS the ignition al lot ((WTF!!))
From my point of wiev this doesn't have to do with anything mechanical.... So MAF is clean, Baro is working... Knock looks to be dead..
At this point I have not much clue about what is producing that fail but I think is not going to be solved with a new engine
So, clues and Ideas are welcomed

What would you expect the timing to do when you stab the throttle like that?

Fun fact, there was a whole thing in GT86/BRZ world in the first year of those cars, where engines were destroyed by insufficient timing retard during sudden throttle stabbing with load, causing knock. Suby/Toyota revised the ECU firmware to pull even more timing in those conditions. So I don't recommend fixing this

Hi, In this graph Thrott is 100%, but it does the same even with 40%.
