Weird rx7 full bridge port

I was looking through my local marketplace looking for engine parts and I came across this I have never seen it and was wondering if that even works I know it sounds dumb but I don't know maybe it's a really aggressive full bridge port but I believe the owner of it thought he could get away with cutting into the coolant seals but because of it causes a leak or to prevent that you use rtv to compensate for the modified seal not sure I would like to hear your thought on this

Looks like a great coolant injection setup Dunno if he thought he was being clever filling the coolant gallery with epoxy, but there's nothing preventing coolant from getting in there from the neighboring galleries.
Coolant is under +1 bar of pressure and intake is under vacuum most of the time, so if it's filled with RTV, it'll inject coolant AND RTV into the rotor. Maybe if it's a drag motor that's designed to make a lot of power for 5 minutes between rebuilds?

that would be either a J or Monster port, but I’d call it a J-port.
