I got a vacuum leak somewhere but while looking for it i found this

They upgraded the breather in 2006 or so and changed how the hoses came off the bellows. That hose attaches to one of the intake hoses on the bellows. It is supposed to help with evacuating some of the moisture from the sump that was causing the foamy crap on the dipstick.

I'm.not sure if was a Canada only UIM fix or if they did it on all of the cars after that
