Whats the breather hose that goes from the intake to the top of the transmission right next to the injectors?

I am trying to keep the engine bay as clean as possible and was wondering if i can just go ahead and remove that hose?

 

Do you have a picture? I can't imagine what you could be referring to.

There’s no hose that goes to the top of the trans. The only breather hose I can think of that is even remotely close to your description is the venting hose for the OMP injectors. That hose goes from the TB intake accordion to the plastic distribution block that the primary fuel injector rail bolts down on top of. Then there are four individual vacuum type hoses that go out of the distributor block to the four OMP injector nozzles.
