I just picked up a 2005 rx8 gt, I'm glad to have found this community as I have been reading for a couple weeks now.

It does not have a spoiler from factory.

I have a line on a spoiler from a Mazda 6 2004. I wondered if it may fit my 8? Or any advise what would fit?

 

I suspect not very well. Our trunks are 48.5" wide, and a whole Mazda 6 is 72" wide, so that trunk lid and wing is probably wider than ours.
I don't have a Mazda 6 handy to check.

Do you want a stock Sunlight Silver spoiler? I can sell mine, located in Montreal.

 

If he doesn't I will. Just need to ship to Miami, I'll get it the rest the way.

 

Alright, let me figure out how to pack it up for either of you. Can get pictures next time I'm at my parents.

 

Ebay has some really reasonably priced spoilers for the 8 that you can even have painted to match your factory color before its shipped to you. Looking into this option myself.

 

@Loki thanks for the offer but I can get a new one unpainted for 180 oem. And I'm afraid with shipping to Ontario packaging and leg work on your part won't be much if any in savings for me.
