I have a 2004 GT (apparently) moonroof, leather, etc. but no spoiler.


Did some come with spoilers and some not? Been searching and haven't found out how the different models vary from different years to find the answer.

My '05 GT has no spoiler as well. I hate the GT spoiler. It looks like crap in my opinion. I installed a rear lip spoiler. Pics are posted in my profile.

The "spoiler" was apart of an optional Appearance Package. This spoiler provides no downforce, only aero drag. It is for looks only.

What would you be asking for the spoiler? I'm in Ontario

I think the RX8 needs some kind of spoiler on the back end as it looks bare with nothing there. Most OEM spoilers dont provide any downforce at all.
I went my own way and like the result. Can also set my angle of attack as desired. Its rock solid being aircraft alloy.
I have found this to be very polarising, just like the car in general really.
My theory is this car needs something on the backend and i did not want to go the standsrd route. Compliments are always good and i dont worry about negative comments. Just do what you enjoy.
