literally no idle ?

Sounds to me like you have an exhaust leak? Are your spark plugs loose? It sounds like a compression leak because of the sharp pulses.
If it goes away when it warms up it may just be the expansion sealing it up a bit better
Did you ever do the coils? Wires? Plugs?

Imagine how much better you'll feel when you start applying fixes that have a chance of working
You've been suggested 4 times now to check your spark plugs, have you done that? This second video is clearer, you could have a loose spark plug or an intake manifold gasket failure. The "whoosh" sound is either gas coming out of somewhere or being sucked into somewhere with a single rotor's compression stroke. If it was both rotors it would be more frequent. The engine vibration points to this as well, normally these engines don't move at idle.

A couple look like they are what? And i change the plugs and coils and here are my findings possibly swapping the cat will fix my problem ? http://youtu.be/QVajzO5tca4
I couldn't see the cat in the video...but it shouldn't be red at idle

Your wasting everyone's time your engine is tired plain and simple and if you keep messing with it your going to wreck the housings
Because you don't have SSV symptoms, you have low compression symptoms. Do you want to invest a bunch of time and money on SSV and other potential problems, only to find out you ALSO need a new engine core? Or do you prefer to know your engine core is healthy before doing that work?
A comp test is only about $150, nobody is asking you to buy a new engine on the spot.
I'll repeat what I said above: you cannot test a spark plug. You can (and should) take out the spark plugs and at least have a look at their condition. You can (and should) test a coil with any induction light, yes.

Get that cat off, if it's glowing it is likely dead... and bad coils is what probably killed it. Must be plugged up real bad if it glows at idle. Not sure what there is to check in the manifold, but get the cat off and either gut it and replace (with new gaskets) or find a midpipe.
Warning: it will be machine gun levels of loud if you run with an open header.

Old dog
I have a few of these and from a lot of experience in very rarely any issues other than poor maintenance on the engine ie-- lack of oil changes next is running at low rpm causes carbon build up and it's like throwing in grinding compound it just eats the seals. These are a high rpm engine and if you don't drive them accordingly you end up in your position very quickly

Internal problem
So when i got home from school I decided i try once again to start her to warm her up and this was the result http://youtu.be/SNVVKSzZRDw

The noise you are hearing in your air box is actually from your rotors and apex seals and everytime you start it your wrecking more by watching your video your temp is coming up way too fast if you choose to start it again bring it up to full temperature then do your compression test and you will see
You are making about as much sense as the OP is willing to listen

Test
Lmao theres no noise in my airbox i showed what my airbox consist of i know its the wrong part its on my list of future things to change jm hoping to have an almost new car this time next year im changing everything possible that could in tern blow a potential new motor when i decided its time to change but as of right now the noise in my video sounds like it might be a crack in my headers or something its not by the airbox it's generally under or near the ssv and VDI solenoid
