Clutch or pressure plate may be worn out. I dont think unplugging the air sensor should do anything for idle. AC kicking on maybe but not the air pump.

the AC has been deleted it has a brand new clutch master cylinder and the clutch sensor has been bypassed not 100% sure what the condition of the clutch plate is it has brand new ignition coils and wires and plugs and a brand new air sensor on a OBD2 when I release the clutch it puts a load on the engine it has a couple other standard deletes to tomorrow I'm going to change the transmission fluid and do a compression check it doesn't have any hot or cold starting problems or stalling so I don't think it's the Apex seals the weird idle goes away to sometimes it's not even there

I have the idle surge when I release the clutch. So I replaced the switch on the top of the clutch pedal that get depressed when you release the clutch. Still does it. So I un clipped the switch, left it plugged in and tucked it away to the side. Doesn't do it now😏. I can't figure it out. Everything is new. Both clutch cylinders the throwout bearing, clutch and pressure plate. Also the reverse and neutral switches are replaced.
