It won't be anything to do with that . So long as you have correct fueling and timing ... It will make the power .

The legend is true - you are the man when it comes to Greddy turbo kits Just saw your thread on hose positions/mods and the dyno where the power dives off looks identical to what happened with the first dyno run. Gonna fix on saturday and get back to you guys with how I get on.

I see you've said the OMP vacuum lines needs to be attached pre-turbo but post MAF - I've got my MAF attached right before the TB. Where should I plumb this line in then?

The jet air, I plan to have that on the AEM intake with a 1 way check valve - will that be correct too? Sorry to be a pain...

In that case (if you are not maf tuning) it doesn't really matter so long as they both get filtered air and don't create a boost leak . If they are on the AEM tube they need a check valve , if pre throttle body they don't . My preference would be the AEM tube for both but either way will be ok.

As you are not maf tuning I guess it doesn't matter that your maf readings will probably be all over the place like a mad woman's lipstick.

Ok cool. It's just that the dyno graph you posted where the power dives off around 6k is very similar to what I experienced on the first power run.

Also got a P0661 code being thrown up so I'll check all the solenoids today

Is yours a 2005 onwards model ? If so re-read the instructions for that model to check you aren't pressurising the crankcase.

2004 iirc.

This weekend I checked all the vacuum lines, added a once way check valve for the jet-air and made sure it and the OMP line are attached on the AEM intake pipe at the front.

I also replaced the manifold O2 sensor as I think it was dead... Now I don't have any engine CEL codes and the car drives much nicer but that may be placebo affect...

Next is a boost controller install, heatwrap for pipework around the manifold and the turbo and then hopefully tuning time!
