Confused as hell
I have a 2009 rx8 touring changed the clutch then the oil afterwards when I cranked the car my oil light was on and the car was pouring dense clouds of white smoke then when I checked the oil a minute later it was empty and the car was running fine before the clutch change and oil change any help is greatly appreciated

Could the oil pressure sensor malfunction cause more oil to be dumped in the combustion chamber cause this thing emptied the oil from this car in about 10 to15 minutes and it's not going anywhere else

So let's say that the sump oil is filled with new 5W20-10W40 oil to the correct oil level. The only 3 ways for the oil to be "consumed" from the sump in 10-15 minutes leaving the sump nearly empty is: (1) oil is leaking from the sump or another pump point to the outside, (2) consumed in the engine, (3) accumulating somewhere. You should see leaks if you have the car idling for (1). If it's consumed by the engine you should see odd air:fuel ratios, oxygen sensor issues, I would assume smoking out the tailpipe. If it's accumulating somewhere - you would see oil pooling in the airbox, oil on the engine air filter, or your engine compartment would be a mess.
What codes are read (regardless of the check engine light) on OBD ][?

Even at 100% operation, the oil injection pump can't empty the oil in 15 minutes (or even run the dipstick down to dry). Although the smoking definitely suggests oil went into the combustion chamber, I don't think it got there using the OMP. The other 2 ways are through the intake or past the oil control rings. Have you removed the air filter / MAF pipe and checked that it's not globbed up with oil?
Also when you say "empty", there's a solid 7 liters in there, including the pan, oil coolers, etc. Is it just that the dipstick is coming up dry or there's no oil at all?
If it is the oil control rings, it's probably one rotor's rings and not both at the same time suddenly failing, so have a look at the spark plugs and see if you can identify which rotor is oily.
The oil light being on indicates the oil level is low, while the oil light flashing means an oil pressure problem. If it wasn't flashing, at least you had pressure which is a good start. Is it possible you didn't fully close the drain valve before adding oil? How much did you put in and how much did you take out in the end?

Waiting on a scanner now to check engine codes so here's the deal not overheating ran fine before clutch was changed no smoke nothing cranked great reved fine now all of a sudden it killed the oil from the fresh oil changed in no time at all was not over filled had no engine lights on the dash either but when I crank it it looks like my car is on fire as for if the pan and all was empty I haven't checked yet but was showing no oil on the dipstick maybe something got plugged in wrong? I'm waiting to get it in the air to see but as of right now I'm so clueless

The only oil related thing close to the clutch install could be the rear seal... but it would be pouring oil out of the transmission drain hole if there was 5+ litres of oil leaking out of there. The smoke show from 5 litres of oil burning in that time period would be more than obvious...

In my personal experience, I have seen REW's throw internal seal(s) from clutch jobs being poorly executed. Did you touch/replace the rear main seal? How was the input shaft installation? You want to be careful when working back there, the eccentric shaft can be disturbed and cause failure.
And white smoke is generally related to a coolant issue.

Only oil coming out is tail pipes car cranks fine runs fine the trans went in without a hitch shaft slid in no problem on the first try everything was greased all seals and bearings changed along with pressure plate only otherr thing I did was change the oil like I said it was 💯 fine before the clutch change and oil change
And absolutely not leaking any coolant all the oil is going into the combution chambers
