Does anyone know how much oil my a/c compressor takes? I lost oil out of the system when the condenser leaked. I know it takes ND-8 oil aka PAG 46. I called up 5 different Mazda dealerships and got 5 different answers. (no oil,1.5 oz, 2 oz, 7 oz, top it off) Even called up Denso (manufacturer of compressor) and they couldn't give me a straight answer. When you buy a new one they usually come pre-oiled. Maybe someone could check their Chilton/Haynes service manual or another source? 2006 Mazda RX-8 Manual Thanks!
