Alternator stud/bolt snapped off

Gidday everyone, just wondering if anybody knows of how to take a stud out for where the alternator bracket and the waterpump bolt onto. It looks like it could get a pair of vice grips on it but not sure... Any tips or anything cheers. P. S it's a top mount alternator obviously.

If there is enough room and a drill, you can always pick up a set of bolt extractor and see if that helps.

Soak it with PB Blaster for a few hours or overnight.
If you can't get a good grip on it, you can try grinding the end of it flat and take a little dremel type cut off wheel and slot it for a screwdriver.
I haven't had much luck with extractors, but I have had a lot of success with left handed drills that will easily back them out if you can drill it centered and just under the tap drill size.
