Hi all, I am restoring a 2007 rx8. It is white and my old rx8 was white with the red interior. I got seats, doors, and steering wheel from a 2005. Does anybody know if the auto wheel can be used as is as well as the doors. Do I need to swap any parts to get it all to work or should I just buy a manual wheel?

 

Can a manual car use an automatic steering wheel? I had a 2005 white gt I believe with black and red interior. I am restoring a 2007 white with black interior. I saw a parts out white 2005 with my old interior and was about to buy the seats, door cards, and wheel when I added three of the doors as well (they had damage on my car and I could skip the body work). Now I only have to do the right quarter panel (already purchased and removed from a white 2004), but I was done removing all but the wheel when I noticed it had paddles (the center was gone). Can I use it/adapt it?
