2004 Rx8 Misfiring and Low oil pressure

I'm gunna apologize in head of time if this is posted in the wrong place but okay here it goes I bought a 2004 rx8 with a borla exhaust the guy says it was tuned but not for sure but I bought it about a month ago since then I have replaced the clutch, all coils, spark plugs and wires then I removed the air pump to the cat because it has no cat then I did the coolant bypass mod recently I took off the UIM to replace the ssv solenoid and make sure the coolant hose going to the rear of the engine was tight on because it was leaking a little coolant out it all back together then I cranked it up fine let it warm up took it for a drive didnt make it a half mile before I shift into 4th and a loud back fire followed by a non stop misfire from cylinder 1 then I got it home in 1st gear real slow I wasnt far I parked it made sure everything looked right which it did except I heard like a sizzling sound on the passenger side under the intake manifold which I think could of been done of the coolant that had leaked out burning off the engine and a small hose beside the ssv that I dont think was connected to anything in the first place and have no clue where it goes it's a really small hose but now she wont crank and has a non stop misfire and low oil pressure not sure where to start I knew these rotary cars were a pain when I bought it but I enjoy working on cars and learning just looking for advice where to start thanks

The small hose beside the SSV sounds like a clue. There a couple important things back there, oil injector vacuum among them. Without a picture it's hard to tell, but I'd investigate that if you're interested in root causes.

Low oil pressure sounds odd, have you been topping it up?
Are all the coils still connected to spark plugs? If one came off, that might explain what you seeing. Or if a coil failed. What coils did you get?
I'm confused though it doesn't crank BUT it also has a misfire and low oil pressure? So it does run?

That said, loud bang followed by constant misfires sounds like catastrophic failure. You can pull the spark plugs and see what they tell you, but it doesn't sound good.

Here's the thing though: let's say you replace the engine, which isn't hard, the thing that causes this might still be on the car. The "tune" you may or may not have (what was it tuned with?), loose or missing vacuum connections, etc. Previous owner problems, rather than rotary problems, I would say.

I'd suggest getting the shop's info from the previous owner, in case you need to untune it. First, there is very little tuning to be done SAFELY on this car, second it would be helpful to know which tuner they used, and 3rd someone who tries to tune this car without knowing what he's doing can do a LOT of damage.

Update I took out the spark plugs and 1 of the leading once was bad so I replaced it tried cranking it but still wouldn't start then after a couple tries I got it to crank but it was shaking and I think it was misfiring but the oil pressure gauge went back to the right place then it stalled after a couple seconds

Crank it over with the plugs out. do both rotors I'm pretty sure you'll notice a difference on the front because it sounds like it popped. Very similar to how 2 of my rx7s went, on the shift not under load.
