I was ran off the road the other night and damaged the front pretty bad. Just biting the bullet and getting a lot of things I wanted done now while it's in the shop. Should be pretty rad once it's out!

Awwwww, sorry to hear that.
You have a healthy attitude about it at least...

Are you having Lester"s body shop do the repairs?
If so, be sure that they don't leave overspray all over the windows, wheels and outside mirrors - they pissed me off on my last trip at the body shop.
Nearly ruined my mirrors. The finish and paint was flawless, though.

Oh I was pissed at first...but realized there's nothing I can do about it so why be mad. Although, if I see the piece of **** that swerved in my lane again who knows what will happen.

And no way, I HATE lester raines lol. I'm having David Smith's body shop do it. They've always been good to me and work well with fitting aftermarket stuff.

Can you identify the car that chopped you off?

Good choice with the body shop!
Aftermarket, huh? Gonna keep it a secret?

Yea, it was a white, early/mid 90's Silverado.

And yes, atleast until it happens...don't want to jinx myself, esp. since my front bumper won't be here for a few weeks along with wheels =\

Sounds like a plan to me.
Hope you get it out in time for a good fall drive at the gorge or something like that.

I'll keep an eye out on the idiot in a white Silverado...

What''s up WV Owners! I'm near Summersville, I've seen 3 other 8's here and know who the drivers of 2 are. I'm a pretty new owner and just started a thread trying to find a place to do a proper compression test. Anybody have any suggestions?

Hey, glad to see this thread come back to life.
The only shop that I think is qualified in our whole state is Lester Raines in South Charleston.

Got a 2010 RX-8 R3. It doesn't come out when the weather is bad. Only has 8500 miles on it.

Baaaaad dealer alert! Watch lester, he is a jerk!

Lester Raines has personally declared war with me, a 20+ year customer by refusing to complete corrective work that their idiot squad (whom also steal parts) in the Body Shop inflicted on my BB (#2).
They actually blamed flooding of my engine on an aftermarket Cat. What's worse is the fact that my insurance company (USAA) bought their lies!
You both have pissed on a Marine - I'll take a king sized dump on you!

The car sat on their lot for the entire winter and when I came by to see if anything was stolen off of it, I noticed a 3 inch paint chip on my air dam and a cracked windshield. I warn anyone in WV with a rotary that needs body work to take their car anywhere else and print a Warm-up note and place it on the dashboard.

I am taking this incident to the Attorney General.
I will continue to buy and drive Mazdas, but I will not give Lester Raines any more business. I will go to Huntington or Columbus instead.
