What kind of modifications do they do to get that much whp out of an NA rotary?

Good question..they didn't have the list of mods to it. It may have a 20b 3 rotar engine in it or it may not... But, they reviewed it in a Hot Version video and the reviewer said it was too scarey to drive. Too much power in a FC body..

Here is a pic..

Well I get the moron of the year award! I was trying to charge the battery and looking at it in the dark I kept putting the positive charger terminal on the negative pole of the battery. How can he be soooo stupid you ask? Well the cells have a positive sign plug in front of the negative terminal on the battery.
So far I do not think I fried anything but my brain

Yes, even in normal combustion engines, when you run rich you will smell gas in the oil. Also when you flood your engine it happens too. Don’t worry about it, just make sure they are full and change them on timely bases.

Since rotary is so unique I would just go to the dealership to get the type of oil that Mazda suggest using instead of buying them from auto store.

No, its 5w-20 you can get that anywhere no reason to just get it from the dealer. I actuly am running 5w-30 cuz I think it last longer than the 5w-20...

Going to brave work- and then I'm going to call Capitol to bring my car in for the 1)Oil Pan 2)Heat shield thing and 3) Airbags. Argh. At least it's already having to go in for the 10k checkup..

Just make sure you guys use the recommended oil from the factor, Mazda built the car they should know what's the best oil for the car.

For example, on my Evo, they only use Mobile 1 Synthetic, they even stated that on the oil cap, no other brand of oil. That goes the same with all Porches.

The oil pan has needed to be replaced, as I get the oil light at high speeds problem occasionally- I told them last time and they ignored me. No more. The heat shield and the air bags are the recalls they're talking about in Discussions- you'll probabably have to take yours in too.

Probably a bad seal loosing oil pressure while pulling Gs. All the oil moves to one side cause the light to come on.
