Good idea Gambit, contact the rx-7 guys and let's get some coordination with them...
Ok... let's recap:
-Date: Sunday, May 28th
-Time: TBD (presumably in the afternoon, maybe 2:00)
-Location: Schenley park in Oakland (anyone in need of directions, check back later on once we decide where in the park we'll meet)
-Agenda: meet up in the park, take some pics, ride to as yet to be determined location for some food
Any suggestions on the items that are TBD (time, place within the park, place to eat)?
Let's finalize these details...

aight guys... bad news (probably just for me, but...):
I have a birthday party for my baby cousin that I have to attend, and I have a graduation cookout, ALL ON SUNDAY!!!!
Not too sure I'll be able to make it unless we either, a) postpone or b) move it back later in the evening.
I'm off on the 26th (as I assume everyone else is), so would we be able to do it on friday or later on in the evening on sun?

Even better idea, maybe we can meet up on sat night in oakland near the union at the newly constructed "promanade" type area (corner of forbes and bigelow blvd) and go see X3.

Sunday works for me. I still think Schenley park would be a cool place to showcase all of our 8s and if we could get some 7s there that would be even better. We should try to all meet up at the overlook up there. Do you want to skip the 28th and plan for the following Sunday? That'll give us more time and everyone can plan to attend.

You guys need to pick a date and stick with it... Please set a firm date ASAP.
The other gentleman and I from altoona have a 4 hour round trip drive to take into consideration.
I'm cool with this Saturday/Sunday or next but if I had to pick I would go with this weekend.

The overlook is at the bottom of this map right above the skating rink (the little loop on overlook drive). It would be a good place for a photo op. If you guys want to do it on the 28th I'll be glad to meet you somewhere (Cathedral of Learning?) and then we can caravan up there. Thoughts?
