Need some help with my tunning

i recently installed a full custom turbo on my rx8, as of right now im only putting 3 pounds of boost on my car because i have yet to tune the car, which as i was reading requires me to get a cobb access port or just go and get the computer for the car. the reason why im posting this in this thread is because i am wondering if there is a local place (by local i mean Bronx, BK, Queens or any close by placese... not west who knows NJ or Staten island or wrong tip of L I) where i can rent a cobb access port. if i am asking a question thats gonna have some nice member with 3000+ posts to tell me to search, well the search sucks on this forum. thank you in advance for your useless coments. in all seriousness lol i really want to see how good i can do with the tuning because im about to post the car for sale and i dont know if i should spend the money for the Cobb or even the computer on a vehicle im about to try to get rid off after all the upgrades. but i truly would like to see what this car can offer. even if its just to sell it to the next guy.
